Warranty obligations

 

1.   The warranty service is performed by the Contractor.

2.   The warranty period for the goods is 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

3.   Products sold at a discount from the store's exposition are not subject to free warranty service

4.   The warranty does not cover fittings and accessories. The warranty does not apply to defects in the goods, arising after the transfer of goods to the Buyer as a result of violations of the rules of use, storage or transportation of goods, self-assembly, the actions of third parties or force majeure.

5.   The Buyer's claims for glass mirror parts after their acceptance for quality by the Seller shall not be accepted.

6.   After opening the package the Buyer shall inspect the goods for visible defects (breakage, chips, scratches, external damage to parts), and also check the completeness of parts and fittings according to the assembly diagram. If any of the above defects are identified, the Buyer shall notify the Seller within 5 (five) days from the date of acceptance of the product under the UDP. If the Buyer has proceeded to self-assembly of the Goods without conducting this inspection, the Buyer is deprived of the right to claim against the Seller for the quantity and external defects of the Goods inside the packages.

7.   The Seller is not responsible for changes in standard dimensions, designs at the Buyer's initiative and shall remove such products from warranty service.

8.   In case of additional purchase of products, the design, shade, color of material, finishes and accessories may differ from those previously used, for which the Seller is not responsible.

9.   Technological changes in the design that are not included in the assembly diagrams are not deemed to be faults.

10. Deviations from dimensional and linear dimensions are allowed within the limits of Appendix #2 to the "Technical Conditions for Production and Operation of Metal Products" contract.

11. The adjustment of furniture and/or door hinges and drawer systems is not covered by the warranty and shall be made by the Buyer.

12. If the Buyer has any complaints about the painting or patination of the products, all products included in the purchased set shall be removed from the Buyer for restoration or replacement (at the Seller's discretion).

13. The period of elimination of product defects shall not exceed 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's claim.

14. Claims shall be submitted in writing at Buyer's option: in the place of ordering and (or) through postal organizations to the following address: 141401, Moscow Region, Khimki, Kommunalny Proezd, 30, office ET/POM 3/177 (B2318).

15. Claims submitted by the Buyer are subject to consideration. Claims filed by third parties are not subject to review.

16. If any defects in the goods are found, the Buyer must: a) describe in detail the nature of the claim; b) enclose a copy of the order form; c) enclose all labels and marking sheets that are included with the goods.

17. Warranty obligations do not apply to defects caused by: if the product shows traces of chemical, thermal or mechanical damage (including transportation of products without individual packaging); malfunction in normal wear of the product; violation of operating rules, intentional damage; expiration of the warranty.

18. The manufacturer shall not be held liable in case of violation and non-observance of the rules of operation. The cost of damage in such a case shall be determined by the manufacturer in part or in full.

19. After the expiry of the warranty period, the manufacturer may, at his discretion, agree to additional obligations (Federal law of December 21st 2004, article 171).

20. The warranty obligation shall be terminated if the Customer fails to comply with and/or breaches the conditions specified in items 7, 9, 10, 11, 12,13, 15, 16, 17, 18 of Appendix #2 to the Agreement "Technical conditions for production and operation of metal items".

21. Additional extended warranty for 1 year is possible: +10% to the contract price.
